You solve Word Ladders by changing one letter in the first word to form a new word and then change one letter in that new word to form another new word and keep repeating the process until you spell the final target word. The number of letter-change moves it took me follows each Word Ladder pair below. ...I'll bet some of you can build a [i]Word Ladders[/i in less moves. Example: To change Mice into Rats I made 4 moves... mi Ce - 1-> mi Te - 2-> m Ate - 3-> mat S - 4-> Rats = 1. note --> nets [4] = 2. tack --> thru [4] = 3. honor --> colon [4] = 4. foams --> plume [4] = 5. gang --> nixe [5] = 6. cars --> onus [5] = 7. limp --> hops [6] = 8. junk --> more [6] = 9. grab --> rind [7] = 10. reek --> camp [7]

Argh! I had to erase the answer I had as I just noticed I started with the first word of 8 and ended with the last word of 9. So... 2. tack - taco - taro - thro - thru

8. junk - bunk - bonk - bone - bore - more
Right now my dream job would be driving a Zamboni over ice.
