Hi can anyone tell me what this means I was browsing Steam games and came across it in the description
of certain games. Puzzle, Strategy ,Hidden object. and this Online coo-op ????

It means that there is a game mode available whereby two or more players can play the game together (multiplayer). And those two or more players can be located anywhere provided they have internet access to the game.

It depends on the game. Some co-op games can be played alone (and co-op is an optional mode), while some can only be played by two or more players. This should be made clear in the description on Steam.
