Hello fellow gamers, I am hoping someone will be able to help me with this old game. I am at the train station in Lapland. I cannot turn to the left to ring the bell, it only allows me to go forward. I take one step forward and it won't allow me to turn left to knock on the door. I take another step forward and I am looking at the water tower and I mention it but I can't go forward or turn in any direction or step backwards. I have done this over and over again. Went through all the things on the desk before traveling to Lapland. Does anyone remember this game and what I might be doing wrong? Thank you in advance for any help you might be able to give me. Eileen

If no one comes forward who has played the game (I have not), I would suggest looking at a written walkthrough to see if that helps. You can find one here.

And if all else fails, you can always try watching a video walkthrough, one of which can be found here.

There are also hints that can be found here for the episode in Lapland - maybe try looking those over first. smile

Thank you very much for all the options. I do have one walkthrough that I have had to look at to find out what I was doing wrong but it appears I haven't missed anything. I will look at the video and see if that helps. Thank you once again, Eileen

I watched the video and it appears that after I take the first step towards the door I should be able to turn left and knock and go in. It won't let me turn left only forward. It appears I may have to start this game over. UGH

I don't remember anything about the game but am looking at the UHS hints. Is this the shed door you are trying to enter? If so, are you able to look at the keyhole on the door?

No I am trying to enter the train station in Lapland. UHS hints? Where is that?
