Got a tricky puzzle here that needs completing
in one of my mums puzzle mags
It’s supposed to make a new word down
using the 4th letter of each answer
Thanks for any help. I think I’ve got a few but unsure

Rich bread 7 letters
French country house Chateau?
Silklike fabric 7 letters
Highly flammable liquid 7 letters

I think the answer in starred column 4 might be potatoes can anyone find the missing ones to fit? That parrots could be wrong.

I could only think of survive but that would mean using the v as the last letter which isn't likely.
