I like it. You kind of create your own story and you're free to do whatever you like, almost. You can build a base and farm, cook food, make booze, craft armor and weapons if you like. You can be a trader, a slave, a bounty hunter and lots of other things. There are also a lof of things to explore and a very varied environment.
