I have the first two games and would like to add to the series but would have to play on Win 7. Sort of glad to see the reviews about the glitches so I am not as tempted. I'm pretty sure I liked the series better than some of the others.

Not sure if this relates to Do Games or Big Fish, or both. I will wait until people are no longer having issues with the download. Instead I will pick up a different game or two during the sale.

I run windows 10 under bootcamp, only games by this developer do not run properly on my PC, there is audio but no video. This has been happening for some time, I have flagged it up to Big Fish and DO Games but they don't seem interested." I don't know what "bootcamp" is but the rest is the same.

Interesting to know, though, that you aren't the only one with the video problem. I am starting to wonder if maybe the problem with the download is just the fact that the game was not uploaded completely to begin with; either that, or files were corrupted during the upload. If that is the case, it will be a very simple thing to fix, but it will need to be fixed by Big Fish. Hopefully it gets fixed today, whatever it is.

It downloaded/installed/activated this time and playing it. I should have held off on asking for a refund.
