Thanks, Mad. The same person who gave me the refund told me the game was working when I used the previous email and told me if I still had the game in my game manager said I could download/install/play it now. So she already knew that it had been refunded but said nothing about that.

Well, I decided to go for it even though I already have enough Domini Games I need to play. I do like this series. Picked up a number of games during the sale, mostly a lot of Match 3 games but accidentally bought one I already had. So much for checking my list .

Sorry about that, ob. However, write to Big Fish about it and I'll bet they would give you points/credit for it if you explain the situation.

I wonder how that happened? If I want to buy what I think is a new game but already bought it, it will say purchased instead of buy. Contact customer support, I'm sure they'll give you a refund or points back.

No, actually I bought the game at Big Fish but under my older account. I use a different account now because I have a lot of games in the first account and was afraid of running into that problem some people have with too many games.

Ah, yes. I was forgetting about your having two accounts. I have more than one account also (for the same reason) and that also happened to me once, ending up with two of the same game. Now that the too-many-games in the Purchase History issues have been fixed, having only one account is probably no longer a potential problem. But it's good to have the safeguard in place nevertheless.

I didn't know the issue was fixed, Marian. I started the second account 2 year ago.

Last year, after the platform change, the issue got fixed. All of my games from my borked account can now be downloaded as normal. I was really surprised, as this issue affected customers with large Purchase Histories dating back as far as 2012. It's the one really good thing that has resulted from the platform change.

As far as the future goes, who knows? Just outlining what the status is right now.
