I dont think this one is very popular and I remember so little about this game, sorry frown
So basically it's an old puzzle game about a guy trying to rescue a girl from a medieval castle and they're both trying to escape with a boat. We (as the player) will be switching character between the guy and the girl multiple times throughout the game, cuz they both have their own mission which helps each other on the other side and so the both of them can escape together. We cant move with WASD or any buttons, we can only move from room to room by clicking doors kinda movement. The colors in the game is so bright but calm, not chaotic bright. And the graphic is very good and smooth for a game that old.
There is a few puzzles that I still remember:
1. There's one puzzle where the guy and the girl communicate using a pigeon
2. There's one puzzle where we have to locate hidden planets in the sky using telescope from a window in that castle
3. There's one puzzle where we have to find and place a plank on the boat so the girl can walk from the castle to the boat (kinda unsure)
4. I think there's some hidden objects finding too (unsure)

There is a big possibility that the game is from Big Fish, but also can be GameHouse or Alawar or PopCap. It was from a CD which has a lot of combined games from all of those developer. Maybe the game was released around the year 2008 because I was playing it along side with the games "Fury Race", "Turtix" and more. I can't remember cuz I was only in elementary school.

Sounds like a Dark Romance game to me.

The switching back and forth between characters does indeed sound like a game from the Dark Romance series, as it uses this game mechanic.

From the sound of it, it might be Dark Romance: Curse of Bluebeard. All of these games are available as both standard versions and Collector's Editions on Big Fish. This entire series switches back and forth between male and female characters, though, so it could be one of the other titles mentioned in the list.

Thanks for the suggestions, I've looked into all of the Dark Romance series one by one and I'm sure it's none of those games. I saw the earliest Dark Romance in the series is released in 2014, I'm sure the game that I'm looking for is older than that cuz I played it before 2014. I played it maybe around 2008-2010.

And the color of this game is brighter than all of the Dark Romance series, I'm sure of it.

I remembered playing them from your description, but I couldn't remember the name at first either. I browsed through my purchase history in the Big Fish Game Manager and found them.
