I thought I'd catch up on some more old games but I guess this sale is only for new releases. I had some of those in my cart and they were discounted but the old ones did not discount. I was looking forward to spending some money I don't have. (But not that much!)

Okay, I just tried two older $6.99 games and I got the BOGO, showing that I would only be paying for one. Not sure what's going on for you?

Try clearing your cart and trying again. They would certainly mention if only certain games were included in this sale (unless they wanted every buyer this weekend writing to Customer Support!).

I bought the more current ones so maybe I'll try again for some of the older ones. Will let you know.

Okay Marian. I was able to purchase old games today with the discount BUT it limits you to 10 games. Same thing yesterday. At game 11 and 12 you are charged for both. I wondered about this yesterday and I confirmed it today. I don't recall that happening before or seeing that stated anywhere.

I see. Does it limit you to ten games if they are not all placed in the same order? I am wondering if it is a limitation of the shopping cart or an unwritten restriction.

It seems to be 10 games per order. I'm quite sure I've bought more than 10 games at a time in the past and did not run into this issue. I bought 10 yesterday and 10 today. Yes, this is why I have so many unplayed games and why I have to buy them on sale!

Well, that makes more sense! I couldn't imagine them trying to put a restriction on customer spending.

And if you are going to keep buying more games, it is indeed a good time to do it. And it is a relatively inexpensive hobby compared to a lot of other things - that's what I tell myself, anyway.
