Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Indie game studio Nimbus Games will be launching Chiyo, a first-person escape room-style puzzle game on Steam, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 in Q4 2023 at $8 USD. The game will be available for digital purchase and download only.

Chiyo is a single-player horror game set in Japan's Edo-era. Players assume the role of Idate Chiyo, a recently enlisted paranormal investigator serving in the Tokugawa Shogunate's Magical Arcane Division.

Her inaugural assignment plunges her into the heart of Gōtsu, a small coastal city in Shimane Prefecture, where she must unravel the enigmatic events surrounding an eerie abandoned mansion.

Within this sinister mansion, Chiyo confronts strange and malevolent forces, cunning puzzles, and a dark family history, that will threaten her survival.
