Well oldbroad, I think you and I being Chicagoans gives us the right to express our feelings about what's happening. I would never pick on where anyone else lives, but you can say what you like about your own "home".

I too kept my silence, but you two are more than entitled to offer your opinions!

I will say, though, that I am very glad that I was able to spend time in and around Chicago in the 1960s and 1970s. Good memories.

I went ahead and bought this game during the last BOGO sale even though it will probably show up cheaper in a bundle. I played a little bit of it today. You can play with no timer, a 10 minute timer, or a 3 minute timer. I went for the 10 minutes. There are 4 scenes available on the first screen and you need 7 stars to open up the next screen of 4 scenes. Apparently, you only get 1 star at a time though. I'm not really certain of that but that's all I was able to get. I played the 4 scenes 2 times each and ended up with 8 stars total, 1 on each scene play through. You can play in word, silhouette, scrambled word, or mirror mode. I only played in the regular word mode and received all different items on the second play through of each scene.

So far, no guns or smash and grab scenes, or muggings. I did find a giraffe outside of China Town though, as well as the Eiffel Tower in two different scenes. There was a rat (or maybe it was just a mouse) on the el platform though.

I'm not sorry I bought the game and am looking forward to what else I'll see.

I found an assault rifle at Navy Pier (not in use).

I'm disappointed. There are only 20 locations. That's it.

The description says that you can explore "dozens of locations." (?) That's either a blatant lie or maybe you still have some locations left to explore? I have a hard time believing that they could say that if there are only 20.

Nope! Only 20! I have now played all of them in all 4 modes; the regular word search mode twice.

There are 5 pages which have to be "unlocked" and there are 4 locations on each page, and then that's it.

Wow, how misleading. Maybe they were counting all the modes as different locations? Either way, they should be ashamed.

And you know what? I just looked at that description again and it does list locations that I didn't see such as The Willis Tower, Wrigleyville, and The Magnificent Mile.

Weird. You are going to get me to download this game just to take a look at it. The demo might not shed light on anything, but who knows.

I'd like to know if there's something I'm missing. I opened the game again just to see if I missed a scroll bar on the side but I don't see anything.

I downloaded the demo but access is too limited for me to make any kind of determination about the number of locations. Having said that, maybe there are still more additional locations to unlock if you achieve a certain number of stars?

I noticed that in one other installment in this series, the description is also one of "dozens of locations." I suspect that all the games in this series are described this way.

I have all 3 stars on all the locations now. There are only 3 stars but 4 modes. I mention that because you get a star when you complete a mode. Should be 4 then in my opinion.

This is the first game I've tried in the series but may have to pick another one up just to see. They are often in the bundles.

It's all very puzzling. If I can figure anything out/read more about it, I will let you know.
