-3. DI + Very great in size, number, amount, or quantity = Devastated; laid waste

-4. DI + Climbing plant which bears grapes = Godlike; heavenly; excellent in the highest degree

5. DI + A verse romance or tale = Make more concise; "condense the contents of a book into a summary"

-6. DI + Either of the opposite forces of a magnet = An aerial half a wavelength long consisting of two rods connected to a transmission line at the centre

-7. DI + Sprinkled with seed; "a seeded lawn" = To deny any connection with (someone)

-8. DI + Occurring or arriving after the correct or expected time = To expand; to distend; to enlarge or extend in all directions

Sometimes lost is where you need to be. Just because you don't know your direction doesn't mean you don't have one.
