Milan – October 30, 2025 – Independent team AtomicHorde is proud to announce Chronicle of Innsmouth: Curse of Chaos, a new point-and-click graphic adventure that blends the universe of H.P. Lovecraft with the LucasArts tradition.

On Friday, October 31, 2025, the Kickstarter campaign will launch, allowing backers to take part in the game’s development and receive exclusive rewards. A playable demo will be available from day one.

Set in 500 AD in the Sultanate of Oman, Curse of Chaos immerses players in an investigation among secret cults, dark deities, and forbidden knowledge. Inspired by some of H.P. Lovecraft’s most enigmatic stories, including The Nameless City and Nyarlathotep, the game delivers a journey through cosmic horror and creeping madness, with classic puzzles, unique characters, and a setting never before explored in the genre.

This new installment marks the third chapter in the Chronicle of Innsmouth saga, returning players to the origins of Lovecraftian horror. It introduces a new protagonist: a young scholar who has spent his life among the tomes of the Library of Athens, only to be drawn into ancient schemes beyond comprehension. With its refreshed visual style and meticulous attention to atmosphere and detail, Curse of Chaos is crafted to engage both long-time adventure fans and newcomers alike.
