They've "improved" the website, and now it's full of problems. Here's hoping they fix it!

I haven't come across any glaring errors yet, but yes hopefully it will all get sorted over time. It just seems way too busy and troublesome to navigate. It's nice to have a wishlist, though.

That seems to always be the case, unfortunately. I don't understand why they were changing it again. It seems like they just did that not too long ago. The only good thing is the wishlist.

I cannot even access the bigfishgames website! First it was giving me certificate errors. Now my browser says 'the page isn't redirecting properly'?!? This is on Firefox, Chrome, and Edge browsers. WTF Bigfish?!? This has been going on for 2-3 days now, do they not have any competent IT staff there?

I'm thinking it's because they're working on it again. I can't get to it now either and yesterday for most of the day but I know they were doing something with it yesterday. Now? I don't know.

I am on Firefox and have had no trouble accessing the website today or any other issues related to Big Fish.

However, they are still working on it.

I was on it earlier today but cannot access it now. I'm getting this:

I'm on Firefox and haven't changed anything since I was on earlier.

Ob, I just checked and I am getting the same message. I guess the timing needed to be right.

They obviously are not done working on this.

A couple of people I know who had the "fetching data" problem said that if they clicked on something else on the page, like New Releases, PC Games, or the Big Fish logo, the page then finished loading for them. I suspect you have already tried this, though.

Just checking in - My link was to https://www.bigfishgames.com/pc-games/
That still results in "Fetching Data . . ." (unsuccessfully fetching, that is)
I have edited my link to another page, and everything works normally. As normal as it gets at BFG, that is.

Glad it has worked out. When I click on your link above (and see fetching data) and then click new releases, the page then loads right up. So, a workaround, but this should not be necessary.

Thanks for the update. I have the Big Fish icon pinned to my Firefox Pocket (whatever/however you say all that) and it's been working fine.

Well, now that I've actually ordered something I can honestly say that I think they did screw the website up even worse. Searching is such a pain! They're pushing that membership in my face which I don't like. I feel the pages are much more cluttered now than they were.

I placed 2 orders tonight 10 minutes apart. The first order I received 1% points; the second order I received 15% points. I'm not complaining about the 15% but the first order was bigger. I would have liked the 15% there. And, they didn't charge my tax. Again, not complaining but they did charge tax before so did they just forget to set that up or what?

The system still seems to have trouble determining whether purchasers are Game Club members or not when it comes to their purchase orders. I have not had any trouble like this for a while now, but I had written to them when I got 1% off rather than the 15% off I was supposed to get as a Club member. They did reimburse me in points every time, however.

Well, I am not a member but often (not always) get the 15% points on those certain "extra bonus point" days. I just thought it was weird that it was different literally 10 minutes later.

By the way, not sure why you were not charged any tax. I have never paid any tax on BF games and I keep expecting that to change, but so far it hasn't.

GOG has been inconsistent for me with tax also. Do they charge you?
