Hi Guys

Firstly a belated Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year

I am currently playing this game and I have nearly completed it, in the final challenge Simon has to use his spells to countereact Sordids spells, I get passed the first one but on the second one after selecting the required spell and using it, it does not work and Simon gets zapped, I have check a walkthrough on Youtube and I am using the correct spell, also sometimes I open the inventory select the spell but cannot use it, is there a known bug in the game, any help gratefully received

Cheers
SAFC

Hi safc,

I will have to take a look around and see if I can find any help for this issue.

Maybe someone here will be able to offer some advice as well.

The only thing I have been able to find is this comment on Steam (assuming the final challenge = the final battle:

Quote
I completed the game a few days ago. This final battle took me a few goes, but throughout the game i used to double-click to get Simon moving faster.

In the battle with Sordid, soon as my mouse cursor was available to select a spell i'd click on the required spell and then the item floating above, double-clicking to get him over there a little faster.

I don't recall making myself walk to under each item before casting, i cast the spell first and let him then walk over to it - not sure if that makes enough difference or not.

But aggressive clicking and prepping/casting spells before walking over to an item is all i can really suggest.

Hope you can beat it!
