 This collection of common sayings has been reworded and sent through a Witness Protection Program. The basic meaning is still there — albeit lurking with different words — but the familiar phrase has been swapped out for synonyms, twists, and roundabout descriptions. When you solve these clues you'll uncover common sayings some believe are 'over' used...  One solve per person please. Feel free to solve another one   = 1. more than enough = 2. quickly and continuously = 3. it's done = 4. excited cartwheels = 5. extremely excited = 6. fail to arouse interest = 7. helpless = 8. beyond reasonable limits = 9. cursory examination = 10. past mid week
