Space Quest Fan it is cold here this morning. My outdoor weather station says it is 31 degrees temps today will be in the low 40s with wind making it feel colder...nice for walking though. Hagatha I get up "in the wee hours" of the morning every day...makes for a very long day!

Trying to spend at least a couple of hours every day trying to get a handle on the weeds, but they seem to stay ahead of me.

It's another lovely day. Grocery shopping is on the agenda for later, and then I'll hose the pollen off my patio. It would have been a Pilates day but a certain cat decided not to come in last night and then Willow very kindly woke me up at 4 am to let me know he was finally home and waiting at the French doors.


Maybe I'll review my dance homework later on.

Just came home from the dentist & it's a beautiful day, 69F & sunny but it's going down hill for the next 5 days, it's showing temps. in the low 30's with snow. Good morning, Danish, Donuts and Bagels in the Break Room. It's 59 here this morning, unusual for this late in April. Still working on weeds and cutting back plants. Music Bingo at the Eagles tonight. Enjoy the day and hug someone.

Good Wednesday morning. Sunny, cool, but heading to 80 degrees today. Unfortunately, still WINDY!

Made some good progress on weeds in one spot yesterday. I made a deal with my little 10 year old friend who lives down at the Ranch. I would help sponsor her trip to the Roller Skating Nationals if she would help me pull weeds! A couple of hours and one popsicle break got a lot done!

Hubby gets his stitches out today. The incision in his neck has given him the most trouble, but it's all getting better. After this, he goes back to the sleep doctor in a month to turn on the Inspire device and start adjusting it. He will have to do another sleep study at some point.

It's a lovely morning. I'm going to enjoy my coffee for a while and then it's off to yoga. It's not quite warm enough for the patio yet but soon...

I remember various people in the neighbourhood hiring us to pull weeds back when I was a kid. I think the going rate was a penny for each one, but the dandelions had to be dug up with the roots intact. Back then a dollar bought a LOT of penny candy.

I hope the apnea device works for your husband, Draclvr.

Judith, Dude was not interested in going out yesterday. He really does not like being locked out overnight.

I do have a system of cat flaps going through the garage but I just can't seem to teach him how to use them, otherwise I'd just leave it open for him if he's very late. He goes through a flap to get to his litter box in the garage, so It's really only one more flap, but apparently that's a flap too far.

I also had a beautiful little cat house made for him in case of lockouts. It has three doors and a proper roof and it's got nice soft padded insulation, and he's absolutely terrified of it. The little jerk.

Your weather is crazy for this time of year. We're normal at this point, although water restrictions are already in place.
