Out of curiosity I bought this game and had a quick look at it.
It looks interesting, alright, but it doesn't come with a manual - so I wondered if anyone still has any old notes on Navigation - or Save and Load - at all ??

[I played the opening and got into a hallway with lots of doors but couldn't see a way to open any of them !! ]

Well, using the manual you so kindly sent me, I was able to open a door !!

At which point the word "SAVING" flashed across the screen, so I quit.

But later, when I went back to play more, nothing had been saved so I'll have to do a replay

That's not good mad. There is a saving problem you might be able to fix
