I'm stuck. There are two walkthroughs for this game on this site. I've used both without success...and they do differ enough that I need both to do the job. Nancy has to talk to Prudence Rutherford and get her to send her a package but all I ever get is an answering machine. She's supposed to get the number from Franklin Rose who is always out of the office but I found it in the walkthrough and still can't get through. he game will not progress until I get through to Prudence.
