If you spell the words "absolutely nothing" backwards, you get "Gnihton yletulosba", which ironically means absolutely nothing.
It just took me about a half hour to solve this one, mostly because I do a lot of setup first. I'll go into it a bit more in the spoiler, if you're interested, and I'll supply the word I started with.
First, I count the number of occurrences of each letter. Then I give each word a "weight" by adding up all of the occurrences for all four letters. In this specific puzzle, MUST weighs the most at 14 (3+4+3+4). (FROM, MOWN and TACO also weigh 14 each.)
I started with MUST and then considered where RUSH would fit in. M would be on the same die as R or H; same thing with T. Next I factored in FROM...
