Can one of you explain how you managed the solution? I was lost on how to approach this one.

It helps to at least be given a category. Within that category, look for words with repeated letters. Ecclesiastes has three E's and three S's. Only grid 2 has two keys that are used three times each, so one of them is an E and the other is an S. Genesis has two each of those letters so that's in grid 1. The only other letter those two words share is an I so it's the third space from the left in the top row. It's all a process of elimination.
