Why can I only see 12 threads on this board no matter what display option I enter at the bottom?

I was looking for an old thread of mine so I could complain (again)! I hate this Fiber internet! It just went out on me for about 5 minutes. It came back on but, of course, the phone did not!

Do you mean only 12 threads per page? I found the option to change that in my Preferences settings.

I'd be complaining too!! Fiber is fabulous - but it has to WORK!

No; I mean I can only get 1 page which happens to have 12 threads on it at the moment. I can only see the threads that date back 3 months. I have tried to change it to "all threads" or "1 year" but it doesn't change.

At least when I called today the guy only took a minute to fix it. Of course, I had to fight with and beg the automated system to let me talk to a person. So ridiculous for a communication company! The man told me that it has to do with the modem updating. This may be what happened in the past but I didn't see it happen like I did today.

I still say the Fiber phone is not clear and is hard to hear. I did not have that issue with the copper line.

Edit: Ha! I guess I didn't hit the "change" button. I think I have it now but I also think I did this not too long ago and it doesn't stick. Must have to do it each time if I want to see something older.
