Good Monday morning. It was only 68 degrees F this morning! I had all my windows open and slept burrowed under the covers. Unfortunately back in the upper 90's for the rest of the week. I'm going to miss my pool!

I have a huge pot of tomato sauce I cooked down yesterday. Some I will make into a chili base and the rest might be a sauce with onions, garlic, green peppers and spices. So a busy day ahead canning.

I'm heading off to the dentist to deal with my two front teeth. They were badly damaged when I was a teenager; I was hit from behind while walking, by a heavy man speeding along on a bicycle, and landed on my face on the road. It's a miracle the teeth are still there but the crowns are very old now and need replacing, so I thought I'd go with veneers.
