Cold nights and warm days now, Always WADDB in the morning.
Definitely no grizzly bears here. And the garlic keeps the werewolves away.
I haven't seen any normal wolf myself, thankfully, but they are out there. Those who keep cattle or sheep have electric fences nowadays.

Tootin Toosday morning everyone. Birds, squirrels, chipmunks and deer are our local fauna...no grizzlies as they would certainly aid in exercise as I ran from them. A couple of more days in the 90s for us and then we venture to the 80s and hopefully stay there until next summer now that fall is officially here. Kickin back and enjoying wide awake double dark brew and bagels...

Fall is definitely here. I had to turn the heat on this morning. The Stellar Sea Lions are back and on a clear night I can hear them barking. I might walk down to the beach today to have a look, as they often fish right off the rocks at low tide.

Good Tuesday morning. Chilly morning and WADDB really hits the spot. Looks like we might have gotten a little shower overnight. Doesn't look like it amounted to much though.

A friend is coming out this afternoon to put some tomatoes through my electric tomato press. I gave her a jar of that sweet chili sauce and she loved it and wants to can some for herself. She will just take the juice home and cook it down and can tomorrow.

Watching owls raise little ones would be just amazing, Gerry! We said during COVID when we were stuck out here that the entertainment provided by the dog, cats, chickens and wildlife made it much more bearable.

hi everyone; i'm now up for 2 to 3 hours for lunch and dinner. i sit in my comfy chair and hubby brings a plate and i put it on my lap, i've gained 4 lbs, it came off a lot easier than trying to put it back on.

hagatha; i was happy to hear you got your new comp. up and running, it's cool here today only 62f.

It's still hot and humid here, will be for at least another month. We have Florida Black Bears, Florida Panthers, Bobcats, Coyotes, and of course Alligators. Bears and Gators like to take a dip in swimming pools. Music Bingo at the Eagles tonight. Enjoy the day and Hug someone.

Good Wednesday morning. Funny how the WADDB is even better on a chilly morning! Supposed to be a beautiful week ahead in the mid to upper 70's. We deserve it after that week of near 100 degrees F!

Put a bunch of tomatoes through the tomato press with my friend yesterday. Also chopped up the paste tomatoes, sweet peppers and onions. Heard from her this morning and she said her kitchen smelled heavenly as she cooked everything down yesterday and will can it all today. Now we both have to figure out what to do with this sweet chili sauce!

Today, my filthy floors are in dire need of attention. So, mopping and vacuuming are on the agenda.

It is in the 40s this morning...have the heat on again. I think it's time to cover the air conditioner...I don't think I will need it again till next year!

Fogfighter, I gave up on my last XP laptop about 7-8 years ago. I was using it for old Eidos games. I loved XP. I understood it quite well.

After yesterday's 2-hour dance class I'm taking a break today. Our instructor and her husband choreographed a dance to a new song and we've been practising it before the main class starts. It's a good dance, quite complex.
