Anyone have any trouble with Big Fish.
I thought i was ordering a game the other night but at the end
it said push to down load.
I did not push to down load because i can't get DSL in my area
yet.
I received a E-mail right away telling me i am charged 19.00
for the service.
Ok i mailed them back on their sevices web.
All i get is they are so busy that they can't reply to all the
Mail...
Well they shore had time to reply to my order.
I have tried for the last week to contact them not to bill me.
Does any one know of another way to contac them. to stop this bill?

This on line downloads are great ,but thay have to respect the buyer and not just sell. Thank s Ron

Ron, Big Fish is a download place. any order you place will be download. They may be kind enough to refund it, but technically you got what you ordered.

The reply that you received is a standard reply until they get to your problem. They just finished redoing their website and have a host of issues to attend to, so they have needed more time than usual to answer personally.

ron, what game was it? BFG has changed their format but I think I could still send you the game folder and you could then play? after you click on the game you would have to click on already paid for the full game. it used to be I could download at my dad's and then play on my machine but they want you to download to your own machine now. it is using a download manager which makes it easier for dialup but some games would still take all night.

if I have the game and you are interested it could be worth a try if you wish. let me know what game and I will see if I can get it for you. since you have already paid anyway.

If you go to your account and then to purchases, can still install it if not already on your computer. Am also on dial-up but haven't had any problems downloading and most just take an hour or two. And that's usually cause will play something else while downloading though am usually downloading in the middle of the night.

Never resist a generous impulse.

Ron, if you wish to try what acornia suggests it is ok. If you want me to send you the game demo I can do it. I found the original download the way BFG used to put it.

I will need your mailing address in order to send you the game demo on a CD. Then all you will need to do is click on "already paid" and the website will take over telling you what to do.

I thought I posted hours ago but my posting isn't here - sorry. I'm just glad I popped in again to check.
