Just wanted to confirm (to anyone who didn't read Peter Hewitt's final journal entry) that MAGICAMA is now available and can be purchased at the game\'s website. MAGICAMA is an adventure puzzle game from the developer of Magnetic and Xiama. You can choose to purchase the game either as a download or on disk. The playable demo can be downloaded here.

The second puzzle is driving me crazy, but I think it's a good crazy...Well done, Peter!

Thanks WW but it has turned out to be more perplexing than was intended - I just wanted to create a game that was fun to play! In fact, it's one of my favourites in the whole of MAGICAMA. Check out the FAQ for my attempt to improve the situation! http://www.mulawa2.net/magicama/faq.html (the last entry at the moment) Peter

Hi Peter!
It took me a while to figure out the logic of it, but now I've got all but the last level.
In the full version, can you go to other puzzles before "completing" a puzzle? or do you have to do them in order, as it seems you do in the demo?

WW, you must do them in order but you only need to complete one of the puzzles to open up the next location. Ana

ah. Well, I gfot through the second puzzle finally and then realisez there were all these levels of the first I hadn;t done!!! So I'm back at that...but I don;t know how long it's going to last. I see a purchase in my near future! WW Edit: I just tried to order the download and my browser went spastic, telling me Pay Pal was an identity theft site and stuff. And even when I went on, every time I tried to somplete the transaction it wouldn't go through because the security verification letters kept changing. Has anyone else had this problem??? WW Edit again: I tried again with Explorer instead of Netscape and it worked fine--except when I hit "Return to Merchant" I got an error message! Arrrggghhh! WW

Enjoying the game! But I got to the one with the coloured stars and I have NO IDEA what's going on...Maybe I'll post in your forum for a hint.
Thanks for a great game with wonderful puzzles.

I have been playing the demo all week (It seems like I just started it yesterday, where did the time go?) and today I ordered the whole game on CD as I hate downloading. Besides I like the fun of knowing the game is on its way to me and looking forward to the happy day when it will arrive. From the way some of the adventure games I've been playing lately have gone, waiting was the best part of the whole experience!

Ana I did that but nothing seemed to happen except I lost ten points! Anyway, hubby figured it out. Now I;m stuck somewhere else entirely. WW

I've finished the Magicama Demo all the way to the great finale which took me completely by surprise. As a matter of fact, the whole demo surprised me as I never expected to be so taken by puzzles (or tasks as Peter calls them) and I feel as if a whole new side of me has come to light. But then, Peter does have a very special way of making these tasks, I think, and that sort of comes through as one plays the demo.

There's a finale in the demo? I did the puzzles but I didn't see a finale...
Oh wait...I think I didn;t finish spiderwebs because I got the complete game...

Pokey, in order to see the finale you have to complete all the puzzles till you see a Gold Box around them and then you continue on till you see the clock on the box. When you have done that to all you will get the finale. Ana

Right, Pokey, I thought I would have to do several of the timed tasks to get the finale so I was surprised when all it took was one each. I'm sure by now you have reached it. I'm thinking that Magicama will have to go some to beat the magic of the demo. I'm betting it does just that!
