Does anyone have a clue how to play this? My first screen doesn't show any tiles in the playing field. I'm just randomly clicking all over hoping to hit something. Is my game messed up?

Give me a couple of minutes to load the game up and see what I can figure out Mom.

Sue

Did you get the download screen that BF always shows now?

Okay Mom you may have gotten a bad download. I just played the first level and there are tiles on the bottom to be matched with tiles on the playing field. Did you get the instructional part before you started?

Hi momn8or, I've been playing this for a bit and it's definitely fine on my end. Try uninstalling and download again.

(it's a whole lot of fun, BTW! It's like Mahjong on speed!)

Hi,
I am d/l this game now. I thought I would be the first to tell folks about it!! rotfl

It looks like fun:
Travel through the beautiful city of Venice, one of Italy's most intriguing cities, and solve an ancient mystery before Venice sinks into the water. Magic puzzle levels will guide you to thirteen forgotten paintings that hide a lost secret. Will you be able to uncover the paintings in time and discover the old machine that can save Venice?

70 magic puzzles. Uncover secret passages. Several power-ups available.

My kind of game!! Sure hope you get yours running!!

Thanks everybody! My husband got ahold of the computer and somehow deleted Internet Explorer. It took me awhile to find it again. I'll try deleting the game and trying again.

After hearing all this good stuff, I decided to try it. But I don't get how you combo? If you click a base tile, you can only click ONE tile in the playing field.

Does it mean to collect a few base tiles the same color, and then remove the playfield tiles consecutively?

I don't understand the jokers. How can you "destroy several tiles at a time"?

The powerups... don't even get me started.

I want to love this, but it's soooo confusing!

Hi Margaret,

You can get a combo by clicking on a tile in your bottom row, then clicking on the EXACT SAME COLOR AND PATTERN tile in the game field that isn't under anything else, then move on to the next same one. And you have to be quick, or the tile in your hand disappears.

As for the jokers, you can click on a joker, and depending on the number on the joker, you can consecutively click on as many tiles on the board as the number indicates. Again, be quick. The keyword here is one after the other action style!

Power-ups...well, I've found 3 machine parts and haven't used a single one yet. So, can't tell ya.

But, but... when I click on a tile it "sproings" to the bottom row (to its match, which is raised up) and turns over. Then when I click on a match to the original tile, it "clonks". (Sometimes it says it's under something else, even when it's totally alone on the board.)

I'll have to look at this more carefully... usually when I have a problem like this, it's just that I haven't noticed something.

Margaret most of the info you need for the game can be found under the "How to Play" instructions that are available. Just be sure to read your pop ups as they appear.

Thanks Sally (MG) for explaining the Joker. I used it but didn't know what the number was for so I only used it on one tile. I know better now.

And yes, I noticed you have to move quickly or you lose the chance to match additional tiles.

Sally, I couldn't get the site to load using Firefox. Is it only viewable in IE?

a "woohoo" is the highest it gets. I snooped around the game files and found the PNGs, and it doesn't go beyond a woohoo.

After a half hour play on the free download, I deleted this game from the computer. I like the idea of the game and the puzzleness of it, but the colors of the playing pieces drove my eyes crazy. woozy
