To all members
Please do not purchase this game yet. There is at least one game ending glitch that has not been fixed. Feel free to download the trial period to see how you enjoy the game, just don't purchase until the problems have been taken care of. BFG is aware of the problem and hopefully they are working on it now.

I'll be happy to supply the name of the person I've been working with via email only to any member that has hit this wall. Lord knows he has a file on my emails now bless his heart.

BFG is now aware of the issue. They have sent a request for a fix to the developer (In Russia so hopefully they will get it to us tomorrow morning in the US). The minute it is available we will repost the new version to the BFG site and send an email to all purchasers.
Once the new build is posted you simply uninstall the old version from your start => All Programs menu, then download and install the new trial version. The new trial version will automatically recognize that you had the full version and unlock it making it the full version. (You can also login to your purchase history and install it that way as well...both will work.)
Sorry that this game had an issue. We play through all games we launch but occasionally an issues does get missed when you launch 365 games a year :-) .

I have never had a issue that wasn't solved satisfactorily yet. That's why I have no problem telling my friends about Big Fish.

I got my new game and had to start all over again, of course. Just letting you know all the kinks aren't out. But it is a minor one. In level 10 about half way through you will be looking for an Elephant, if you can't find it try the Hedgehog. That's what happened to me, I couldn't find the elephant, clicked hint and it showed me the hedgehog.
This happened in the game we had to ditch also but I can't remember which item was switched.
Anyway, enjoy. Flo

Hi Flo, So they apparently "fixed it" but fixed it wrong. ^_^;
Ah well, it's not perfect, but it's definitely not a showstopper.
