I downloaded this game and it isn't complete. It is missing the puzzles part of it. I could for example just open the door to the mushroom land and didn't have to do the seals puzzle. Anyone else having trouble like this?

If this is wrong forum I apologize as I am new here.

Thanks

welcome kll!

Did you download it from Big Fish?
If you got through to mushroom land without the seal puzzle, then maybe you can go from there with no other glitches.
It might be an adaptation to having it a download game.

I had the same problem but if you go through the door the game continues. Now I have a problem with the conch shell. I keep using the lighter at the bottom tip and nothing is turning into a hard cranium. Any advice and this is the giant horn that is at the lookout station, right?

Maxcat try using the lighter on a piece of bone and then using that on the shell. You should end up with a "prepared shell"

Sue

Sorry, yes we are talking about the large shell/horn at the station.

Yes, The Big Fish download of the game skipped the Tile puzzle.

I'm now having trouble with the code box on the submarine. The cursor doesn't seem to want to get close to it. I've moved Ariane out of the way and nothing seems to work.

Max you've snuck onto the submarine? What happens if you move Ariane closer to the box? I remember doing the puzzle but don't remember having trouble with it.

Ariane blocks the box and I can't get the cursor to pinpoint the box.

The only thing I know to do Max is for me to find my game and install it to see if I can't figure it out.
Will get back to you when I can.

Sue

Edit: Okay got Ariane to open the door on the left and walk through. I get a cursor with the hand for the number panel, when I click on it, all I see is the panel and part of the door. Ariane isn't seen at all. Did you get the code from Adam when you were talking to him on the floating garden?

yes I did and I brought the boy to the sub and then he went home changing the counter to 16 instead of 17.

Okay, all I did was walk through the left hand door and immediately got an arrow cursor for the panel. One more step and got the hand cursor with the arrow. I clicked on it and was in a closeup of the panel.
Ariane wasn't in the scene

I just tried again by going back to get the boy through the ball opening and then sending him home to make the counter 16. I then opened the door on the left and went towards the control box. I got a hand and the cursor, even moved Ariane a little to the right and still nothing.

I didn't move Ariane at all Maxcat. All I did was click on the box once I got the hand/arrow cursor and the game gave me a closeup of the panel.

I did not get that at all. originally, I didn't move Ariane and got the hand and cursor. But I still couldn't get through. That's why I moved Ariane in case she was blocking the control box.

The only other suggestion is to walk back out that door and enter again. See if you can get the hand/arrow cursor then. I don't know what else we can try. I seriously doubt that my saves will work in your game as mine is not from the download.

I didn't get that at all. I got the hand and cursor and clicked on with Ariane in front of the box. Then, thinking she was blocking the way, I moved her a bit to the right and still nothing happens when I click on the box.

Try going back to a saved game and play from there. See if it will work this time.

Grr, I am having the EXACT same problem as Maxcat and kll1221. The seal puzzle was solved so was the floating island puzzle. I got to the submarine with the kid, I have the code that Adam gave me but can't get access the screen to put the code in! I started this game over 3 times. So frustrating, I just want to find out what happens! I downloaded my game from Big Fish and have contacted them regarding this problem. Please, someone, helppppp.

Clovercat all I can do is send you a saved game. But I don't know if my saves will work in your game.

Sue

Well clovercat I sent it and it was immediately bounced back as I'm not on your approved list.
Update your list if you need saves from us. My email address is in my profile.

I'm glad the saved game worked for you Maxcat. Now I know the saves work with the downloaded game also.
Enjoy the mines

Well, I hate to bust your bubble but I'm having trouble with the ball puzzle trying to find the unique ball. I've tried both solutions but the problem is I can't get the fourth ball on either tray in solution a and I certainly can't get 6 balls in each tray from solution b. Is there a certain placement for these balls?

You aren't popping any bubbles of mine. There isn't an easy solution to this puzzle other than continuing to work on it. It's an irritating puzzle on a good day. You have to find the one unique ball.
Sometimes the placement of the balls is tricky but you can get quite a few on the trays. Just keep clicking around until they seat for you.
