I'm replaying the game but this time around I'm having trouble sneaking around in the Shogun's palace area in Yokohama. I've sneaked past all the roaming guards but when crossing the bridge to get to the room with the letter in it - the guard spots me, or I get spotted returning via the bridge.

Before stepping foot on the bridge it's difficult to get a view of where the guard is and that's when I'm caught - without even being on the bridge!

I'd appreciate any advice or even a save game which would be after returning the letter to Yoko. (Yokohama 3 save point) And now I've posted I'll give it one more try because after posting is usually when I suddenly master a problem

I share your frustration Aretha. That's the hardest part of this game for me. :/

Aretha get him into a sneak or crouch position and then peep out to the right and left side. If I couldn't see him, I tried to get across as quickly as possible. I think the guard was standing under the bridge one time.

The plan worked After I posted I managed to get across, though I couldn't see the guard and just went ahead anyway. Thanks for the help
