when do you get to go to the kitty carnival? I collected all the chnging objects and unlocked it but I'm on my last suspect investigation and it's never shown up!

want to see!

If you have all the mystery items needed it should show up on the map of available locations. And there is not supposed to be a way to miss it because you must find 10 items at the location.

Very strange. I have 2 investigations left and I think I played it 2 investigations ago. Last investigation I played Love Tunnel. I have not unlocked enough for the last special location yet.

You can't hardly have played it without knowing, I mean there really are just so many kittens everywhere.

If you are playing Vista and used the new download, I wonder if something was missing? You might try getting in touch with BFG support or even asking BFG-Guy.

Wish I could help you more but you have done everything right so it just should have been available.

duh Linda

are you playing in detective or relaxed mode? the only thing I can figure is, maybe it only shows up for the detective mode (I'm playing relaxed). It just never appears on the map.

Hi wysewoman, I would have hoped it shouldn't make any difference
to what mode you played in if you found enough hidden objects! duh I played in adventure, had to repeat a few things lol but did get to to the Kitty Carnival. I found quite a few hidden objects after that but not sure whether I had enough to unlock any other locations? Can anyone tell me in a spoiler what the others were? thanks

I'm playing Relaxed mode WyseWoman. And I don't think it makes a difference. I am pretty sure I was told the game is identical except more time in Relaxed.

chrissie, if you go to the hints thread here in Casual games there are links for 2 walkthroughs which show all the items or at least most of them.

I played in relaxed mode and got all the items for the first two locations but only ever got to play the Kitty Carnival one. Who knows?

Thanks Linda, what I was asking was what levels did they unlock but, slapforehead you can find that out by just clicking on Mystery Items at the beginning of the game!!! (slap forehead again lol).

I finished the game and started playing again as I wasn't sure what levels I had unlocked. I had apparently found enough items to unlock the second level but I don't recall playing it - it's coming up this time so maybe you have to find the mystery items early enough in the game for the level to appear??? Maybe that would explain why you didn't get the Kitty Carnival wysewoman think smile

The cats meowing in the kitty carnival keep making me want to feed them.. My cats start howling every time I go there.

Changing the subject I am being blonde, where do I find the bit that says I have found so many changing items ?

Hi JennyP, on the opening screen you can click on 'Mysterious Items' to the left of 'Investigate'. It will tell you what level you can unlock & how many items you need to find. You seem to be able to click on this after you have completed each level but I did find that option disappeared later in the game - leading me to think that you have got to find the objects sooner than later! think

I am quite baffled by a lot in this game - I'm not blonde but I've got a few white strands (hmm, well more than a few) - does that count! rotfl

Hope that might help a bit! smile

that mystery items thing never disappeared for me. maybe you just found all the items! well, trying to get to the kitty carnival will keep me going back to this game again (if I ever can finish the last puzzle this first time that it...)

Wysewoman, I'm playing in the relaxed mode, am only about half-way through the whole game and already been to the kitty carnival. So, it doesn't make any difference. I hope you get there before the end of the game! I just love this type of game! I totally lose track of time, almost forget lunch and get dinner ready late lol tomato

Hi wysewoman, after you've finished the game if you start it again (don't change names!) you will still have all the mysterious items you have found & the level you have unlocked. So the Kitty Carnival should hopefully appear for you & you have a chance to add to items already collected from the first time round! smile N.B It seems that you may have collected enough items too late in your current game for it to show up!

Well, I started over under a different name and have unlocked the kitty carnival much earlier. I am on the Ringmaster but haven't been there yet. Hope it shows up soon!

Hi,
I thought the kitty carnival could be accessed from the screen that tells you about the 3 areas that you can get into. It doesn't - KC just comes up as an area to find items, but each item you find there gives you additional time. Since I am playing in the relaxed mode, it just gives me another screen to explore!

I love this one!! yay

Happy Gaming!
