Ok, it was fantastic and I savored every moment but tonight I finally solved it on Relaxed Mode. And, I still was supposed to find 6 Mystery Items but I know I found them all so I guess we are meant to play again?

However, it ends with a reference to Ravenhearst so I am guessing we will be returning there in game # 5 I sure hope this means we won't have to wait another year?

Anyone else have ideas on this?

I that the same thing--I was so out done. I couldn't believe it and I hope we do not have to wait a whole year. Calling BFG-Guy?

It seems to me that these games have been coming out about 2 a year since they started--one in the spring and one in the fall. So maybe we won;t have a WHOLE year to wait. But even six months is a long time after an ending like that!

I am pretty sure Ravenhearst came out last November.

I found that I did miss the Mystery Items for the "find 10" screens. I don't know why the question mark disappeared since I didn't find the Mystery Items?

Huh. I remember it being this spring sometime. Oh well. Bad if we DO have to wait a whole year for another!

Just finished MF! What a terrific ending. I loved the last round of puzzles too! No hints! Now I'll replay it and try to solve the puzzles. Hope you pros will stay handy, I know I'll be begging for help!

I just finished the game in Detective Mode, but I'm playing it again because there were some puzzles I skipped over and I didn't find all the hidden objects. I'm finding it harder this time than I did the first, I guess I got lucky with some of objects. Some are easier to find than the others.

So does that mean if I play in relaxed mode there is a different puzzle at the end ?
Playing now for 3rd time, finally found all the mystery items but the outhouse has not appeared yet. Can't wait to explore it when it appears - I love kitty heaven

Same puzzles JennyP, no matter which playing mode you choose. Only twice the time in Relaxed.
I finally found the missing mystery items and the outhouse. Now I am trying to finish the 2nd go-through in Relaxed and about half-way through Detective!

It is still loads of fun!

Officially on record: we're all excited about visiting the outhouse. Oh BFG and MCF, what have you done to us?

It felt like FOREVER between Ravenhearst and Madame Fate. I guess when the production values goes up, the budget goes up, and the time between release dates MIGHT go up too. I hope not.

Ok, I just finished playing again, this time in Detective Mode.

I clicked on "more games" and they now have 10 spots for MCF games instead of 6

Is Madame Fate only a download game or can it be bought on a CD?
If so where May I purchase it, have looked in Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Target & a few others.
Would love to add it to my collection.

I still haven't found the outhouse, was seduced by other games. Must get back to Madame

I just finished this one and this is the best ever. I loved the in between puzzles and loved the end puzzle. Hopefully we don't have to wait a year but the wait for this one was definitely worth it. I haven't yet played a hide and seek game again but this is one that I will play again. I only got the first 2 locations but will play again to get the out house

so,its better to play mystery case file 3 first,to be able to play MCF4 ?because you said that the ending in mcf4 is related to mcf ravenhurst.

Not necessarily gamerfan. However, Ravenhearst is a "little easier" than Madame Fate

All the MCF games are wonderful and I am actually replaying Ravenhearst right now after playing Madame Fate through 2-1/2 times already.

Huntsville and Prime Suspects are just more limited in the in-between games. They really expanded out in Ravenhearst and went totally bonkers (in a great way) in Madame Fate.

Just finished and now want the next game. It will be interesting to visit Ravenhurst again.
I found all the objects, but never got to play in the outhouse. I wanted to see the outhouse!
