Sometimes I purchase something from abroad, as ebay or Steam, I'd prefer using Paypal than Credit Card. I'm running my store & get some payment at Paypal, and that's why.

I'd try to purchase some game from Big Fish Games, and found their help menu about Paypal. They accept Paypal, but all manually.

I'd like to use 40% or 50% discount coupon with that order, but I'm not sure I could use it with Paypal manual order. So curious & posting a question about that.

- Anybody purchased game from Big Fish Games with PAYPAL?
- If I have discount coupon, I could use it with PAYPAL order?
- I'm running PNP & have some payments inside. Can I use it with BFG order balance?

Nothing serious, but curious. If some of you have answers, please let me know.

Thanks.

P.S. : I hope BFG might accept PAYPAL & PNP balance even for Game Club, in the near future.

mrkwang, I recommend that you send an email to Big Fish. I did recently when I had a question about using a credit card. They got back to me in a couple hours with directions on how to proceed. I was impressed with their response. They responded quickly with a follow up question as well.

BFG's Customer Support I have found to be second to none - truly excellent, which is highly unusual these days! thumbsup

I would love them to start using PayPal for payments as far the Club goes. I'd even pay a little extra for that option. At least with PayPal it would be coming out of my bank account and not being charged to my credit card.

All in due time I guess.

In late January we will have full paypal support, just like using a credit card (single purchases, game club, etc.).
Also in February, your PNP/MGS (Principal Network Partner affiliate program/My Game Space referral program) earnings can be exchanged for download games at $10 in earnings = 1 full game rate.
And finally, those pesky Big Fish plush toys are still coming, just slowed down in manufacturing during the holiday season...perhaps February. (All Game Club Members will get a stuffed fish when they reach their 1 year anniversary of uninterrupted membership!)

Now you know why I spend so much time on GB forum. You can't built what your customers want unless you ask (or read forum) them directly :-) Hope you don't mind my getting good ideas on what to offer next from reading posts from you all!

Happy Holidays!

Thanks BFG-Guy and as L4L says, we are really excited to have someone that cares enough to hear us.

The PayPal option will be great, and something that was on my wish list. bravo
