Focus Home Interactive will be publishing the game in Europe, and will use various distributors in Europe to put the game on store shelves there. We don't have a release date yet for the UK version.

This game, Dracula: Origins is being developed by Frogwares. The other, Dracula 3: The Path of the Dragon, is being developed by Kheops. The Adventure Company is publishing Dracula: Origin and has not (as far as I know) had any hand in its development.
