Where did you get paper for the fire? I tried everything I have in inventory without success.

Melia, remember that guy reading at the Plaza. He is gone now and you can pick up what is on the bench.

Well wadda you know. Thanks again.

Edit: I have the fire going, have picked up the broken key in the cellar, gloves, crowbar, and am trying to use the pot of melted metal to heat it up but nothing's happening. What's wrong here?

Edit: OK, let me ask this in a different way. I know I have to make the key that fits that gate in the sewers. I probably need clay or something to make the mold. Where will I find that? Have already talked to the parrot.

To make a key you have to have a pattern of the lock.

Did you notice the chess set that has fallen behind the counter in Arriaga's store. What is interesting in that set?
Take the corresponding item from the ivory and chess set. Why did Arriaga take that item?

To make a key mold; you need clay, metal and right temperature.
There's a potter at the Plaza.

Richard, go in the sewer and with the map, go to EXIT where the parrot is. You will be able to climb in the court.

There are also some bird seeds to pick up inside that house if they are available.

Have fun.

You're all way ahead of me! How do I find the secret room in the sewers? I'm going round in circles.

The clue to this will be a notebook of photo development taken from the music box.

Also, I will have the wt out in an hour or so less 2 step by steps.

And Rushes, if you have the Painter's book, you will see at the bottom of each page an image. Go from page to page and from image to image on walls of the maze to get there.

Have fun.

There are clues in the painter's book?? I completely missed those. Thanks, everyone! I'm on my way now.

A potter in the plaza? He must have just appeared. Thanks, MaG. Oh, and I did already get the chess piece and now, thanks to you, I know what it's for. smile

May I have a savegame for the key in the smithy, please?
I can't get past the point of lighting the fire. My game crashes completely.

Wow

I just posted in Glitches about this. I have tried to get past this point on two computers and both crash to the Desktop trying to lite the oven.

I am playing the DVD disk version. You would have thought that if the download version had this glitch that they would have corrected it before burning the disk version. I hope they are working on a patch. Kalypso doesn't seem to have much support on their site.

Anyway until then, Mag if you would be so kind to send me the saves also I would appreciate it.
