Sherryah, some folks were having trouble downloading games today, but I don't know if they were getting that error. It can take up to 48 hours to hear back from tech support. Chat support is also available but the times you can do it is limited.

Sherryah this is a problem between you and BFG tech support. The only way they will ever be able to deal with download or loading problems is if their clients deal with them. We are not familiar with what the numbers for errors mean.
You posted about this problem earlier today on another thread and were answered.
Please use BF support techs for tech problems. You have to give them time to get answers to you.

It turns out our load balancer in our data center was rejecting traffic from one of our 5 providers...it was fixed at 3:00 PST

We get over 5Gbps of traffic to over 1000 servers and are downloading over 1 million game demos per day and it is sometime hard to spot it when a small percentage are having issues.
