Hi everyone, I'm getting a little frustrated as I seem to have progressed pretty far into the game and still have not been able to get to see Lena Vanderbilt. According to the walkthrough this event should have been triggered when I went to her house. I did indeed go to her house early n in the game, but did not receive an autopsy report on my PA, nor has the rehab center appeared on my map. I have gotten as far as the metro tunnels already and still this event has not been triggered and I think I will not be able to complete this game without the information I need from that lead. I DO NOT want to have to start all over again, does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can trigger the autopsy report showing up on my PA so i can visit the rehab center and speak to Lena Vanderbilt? Extremely puzzled, Joyous

The game is pretty non-linear so your event sequences won't be identical to Old Mariner's. When I originally played, the autopsy report was triggered by something else (Roger Arnett visit).
Are there any other locations to visit or people to talk to? Anything in red text in your diary that you still need to do? If not, have you tried "wasting time" by jumping to location to location until night, then sleep and start over the next day?
If you want, you can send me your last saved game and I'll take a look at it for you.

Hi Misa, I guess I'll just keep playing on the leads I have and hope that something triggers it eventually. I have been to Arnett's once already, but have been waiting ever since for a call back from his assistant letting me know he's available. Guess I'll keep hoping that something will trigger that soon as well. I'll keep following the leads I have for now until I feel there is absolutely no where else to go. Thanks for the input! Joyous

Joyous, I played the game a while ago and it did take quite a while into the game until i was able to actually talk to Lena Vanderbilt, probably a good 3/4 of the way through for me. She has to get out of rehab first. But hang in there it will happen. Marie

Thanks Marie & Misa! I actually DID finally manage to get the autopsy report to show up, AFTER Pierre Deville was vindicated, AFTER getting into the metro tunnels, AFTER finally getting Thing HQ to show up after several days of conversations with Piper (when she FINALLY appeared) and then reporting my findings to Chief Morssen. When I came out of her office the autopsy report showed up on my PA. Now I just have to hope the same thing will eventually happen for Arnett, who I am still waiting a call from! Thanks for the words of encouragement! Joyous P.S. Misa, thought you would be interested to know that the two missing reply emails that you sent showed up in my mailbox about 6:30 last night! Weird!
