Welcome to Gameboomers revco welcome

Give me a few minutes please and let me try to remember where you are in the game. Can you be more specific about where you are? Are there bony dogs in this area too?

Thanks for the welcome. Its right before you enter chapter 2...the sewers.

Once you are able to unlock the door with the fingernail, this is what's behind the door. It also mentions in the walkthrough about tearing a fabric towards the middle of this chapter that I couldn't find...not sure if this is also not letting me get passed to Chapter 2.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Oh, yuck, I do remember the fingernail. The fabric I think was an old curtain that you'll need for the woodgator. The fabric you want is hard to find I think.
Can you find your way to the really dark stairway? If you were coming down those stairs, you needed to be as far on the left of them as possible to see the shadow of the curtain.
Have you grabbed the grub that eats glass yet?

I only know how to get you there backwards I'm afraid. I think you have to enter the far left gate [where the dogs are], cross a bridge, go down a tunnel [old faithful 2 area] and I think the stone stairs where the curtain are should be in this area.
Not very good directions but it's the best I can do.
