I put the letter together in the waste can .I think it is
suppose to go in my documents.It won't.
I have done all that is needed,and the finger says to
search the Garners room.I think this is what it wants
but the letter won't go in my doc.Help....

Ron, I haven't gotten there yet, but I know in other games, those pieces of letters or pictures can be very picky about how they are put together. Have you fiddled with the pieces to be sure the game knows they are all there?

There is another document in that room that you also need to get, but that shouldn't affect your letter not showing up in documents.

L4L is right, Ron--that letter is really tricky!! There are several pieces around the edge that need to be turned, and look as though they will fit into more than one place. You just need to keep fiddling around with it until it goes into your documents...

I got stuck with this letter too - until I realised that the pattern around the edge of the paper also had to be correct

if I remember right the pattern on the top and bottom face different directions, this is what had me stuck. The handwriting is not the easiest to read either, that was another problem but I just put the pieces together in regards to make the sentences make sense. If I can do it anyone can do it, don't give up. Let us know when you succeed. Good luck Ron, this is a great game and I enjoyed it greatly.

Have you checked MaG's WT? She has a screenshot of the completed letter. When I played this game, I had some of the inside pieces on the wrong lines.

Hi Ron,
There are two pieces on the bottom of the letter that just have a border design. They can be swapped to see if that is the problem. Or, you can do the same thing to the two pieces at the top of the letter that just have a border design. That has sometimes been the problem for others in previous threads about this game.

Good luck, Ron--I'm sure you'll be able to get it. This letter reminds me very much of the picture and document in Black Mirror, once you realized that it was a matter of just getting the pieces in the right place, it wasn't that hard.

A hard one (IMHO) is something like the parquet floor puzzle in that Nancy Drew game, where the pieces not only had to be turned the right way, but also to fit with not even the tiniest space around them...
