Hi,

I was making good progress in Agatha Christie: Evil Under The Sun, until I am needed to combine the rum and grenadine. I have a problem here. I had gotten the glass of rum before I talked to the hotel bartender, and when the conversation was finished Poirot gave the glass of rum to the bartender. Now I can't get another glass to fill up with rum to combine with the bottle of grenadine to give to George Strumm.

Does anyone know if this was a glitch or if there is an actual solution I don't know about?. If someone has a saved game file at the start of Act 5 that would help me a ton.

Thanks.

Hi SilentOutlaw

Unfortunatly I don't have a saved game but I do have advice. I made the same error. It's not a glitch - you have to choose the right conversation if I remember right. Then again maybe you forgot to get a bottle of grenadine by combining the cough syrup with the empty bottle of grenadine... you need the rum and grenadine to get the Planter's punch.
Go back to a saved game and try again

I have a bunch of saves for this game, SilentOutlaw--the only problem being that they just have numbers, so I have no idea which save belongs to which part of the game. If you just can't get the glass of rum, post again and I'll put my CD in the drive and check which save is the one that you want...wave

Hi Jenny
I wish I could say the same about this game and many others. I had so many saved games for so many games and did not burn them to CDs and my computer crashed and I had to format and lost eveything - made me sick
