I found the problem.
Players who reside in the U.S:
Big Fish Games players who reside in the U.S. and at least 18 years old are eligible to receive cash and/or merchandise prizes from the various contest or lotteries in the Game Community.
Players who reside in Canada:
Canadians, excluding residents of Quebec, who have reached the Age of Majority, are only eligible to receive cash prizes. Unfortunately, legal restrictions prevent us from awarding prizes to Canadian residents who have not reached the Age of Majority. We are currently not able to award prizes to residents of Quebec regardless of age.
Players who reside outside the U.S. and Canada:
Residents outside the U.S. and Canada are not currently eligible to receive prizes of any kind from the lotteries and contests at Big Fish Games’ Game Community
The system seems to default to making everbody outside US and Canada. So goto "My Account" and enter your addresss and date of birth. I can now see drawing for games and cash.

Phantom, I have just emailed again, but this time I got an incident number (no incident number or email last time) and they have sent an email to give them 72 hours to look into this. It seems bizarre to me too. I tried every room of Moolah today and still only token drawings. Still love the Riddle game and just wait to spend tokens until I find out what is the answer to this.

WaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaHooooooooooooooooo!!!!! Guy you are a genius!!!  I went to my My Account, Community Profile tab, then Accounts Details on the left and there it was....I was labeled as outside the US. So put in my info and went to the Moolah Boolah and entered all the ones that I never had before!!!! I would have never thought of this!!!  Thanks for the email! I play this every morning with my a.m. tea, I love it. I try to solve the riddle myself by playing with the letters. If, however, I can't someone will always help. So far I've been able to solve quite a few on my own. I love it. I never saw the unicorn but I had a lot of gnomes and two bogarts. It gets a bit boring waiting for these creatures to pop up though. I'm impatient.
Has anyone tried Oz Video Poker? It's a lot of fun!!!
Prices are going up everywhere except in our incomes.

I haven't played the Oz Poker, but I do play Team Bingo and Fairway Solitaire (even though I have beat the download version). I just got an email that there is 25 new courses for the Fairway Solitaire on the Game Community. So more fun!  Koalanut

I found a magical Unicorn for 100,000. points! I screamed....I'm pitiful. Did you have to sit and wait a long time? I usually only stay around a few minutes after getting my treasure.

I got the a boggart and Fairy Queen too. Some jerk claimed I was lying that unicorn and FQ don't show up in same day, but some one else who saw both announcements said it did happen.
