(a wave)I am not sure if this should be the place for this problem.I purchased three games from DreamCatcher Store on June 27th2008,and as yet I have not received them,today is July the 14th,and I am concerned what happened to them.I sent them an e-mail about this problem,but have not received an answer,I tried phoning them but the phone number is invalid,I tried twice.I also e-mailed UPS,they have not received it there,they have the tracking number.Is there anyone there that can help me?I would appreciate your help,I ran out of new games.Please help me.Thank you for your help that you have given me.(bewildered face,and another wave)Nannykins

Did you pay with a credit card? And is the amount due deducted from your creditcard?

If it is, try to speak with your credit card company about denying payment (retracting your payment).

Also, did you get any information about how long the shipping for these games would be when you bought them? Sometimes, the shipping will be between 3-6 weeks or so.

Nannykins, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for you here. You will need to keep trying Dreamcatcher, although truthfully, 2 weeks is still within a reasonable time to ship. TAC and Dreamcatcher always take long if I order from them. Many of their orders come out of Canada also....mine get torn apart at customs.

It seems very strange that the phone number is invalid. Did you get the number from the Dreamcatcher website? I'm not sure whether phoning someone in Canada involves international area codes -- that might be an explanation as to why you didn't get through.

I just called the contact number in canada...It works ok someone answered...Here is the number 416-638-5000 ..Also in the USA we have to dial a 1 first then the number...

Hi Rushes,Karsten,BrownEyedTiger,and Becky,Thank you for answering my message.Yes,I did use a credit card,and yes it is on my bill already.I didn't know it would take this long to ship 3 games,when I order from Interact Store,which is in California,I get my games in less than 7 days.DreamCatcher had these games for $20.00 each,That is a good price for me(a hint from Zanthia,wait awhile until the price goes down.)I think I will have to get in touch with the DreamCatcher Store to see if they will give me a credit.I am so tired of opening the front door to see if my games are there.I am so addicted to game playing,I'm in withdrawal right now.Thank you again for helping me.The best to all of you always.Nannykins(a big wave and another thank you)

Hi Darleen20003,and everyone,I finally got through to the DreamCatcherCo.the young man was very nice and assured me that if I did not receive my games in 20 bussiness days,that he would help me out,either send me three of the same games, or give me a credit.Thank you for the phone number,it was a long long wait before I got an agent,but now I have an idea of the time it takes to get the package,it is coming regular mail,not by UPS.The shipping charge is $5.50,more than Interact store,but DreamCatchers was very nice about the problem.Thank you all very much for helping me I really appreciate it.The best to all of you always.Nannykins(RAH RAH RAH for GameBoomers)they came through for me again.

"Phantom of Venice" was shipped to me via air mail on July 1st by InteractCD, and it only arrived in today's mail. It used to take about 6 or 7 days for games to arrive, so there seems to be a problem with mail being sent between the US and Canada. If your games are being shipped to you via regular mail, they may take a little longer.

Hi, I have often ordered games from Dreamcatcher and never had a problem....however they do take a while to arrive....I hope you receive them asap...enjoy!

Hi Everyone(a big wave)no I have not received my games,but I did receive a very nice letter from the marketing manager,there was a mix up problem between the DreamCatcher Co.and the USPS delivery.I am so glad that the package is not lost.Other people complained about their order,and that's how the DreamCatcher Co.knew they had a problem.I just have to wait another week or so.In the meantime I am playing a game I played four years ago,Darkfall Lights Out,there is so much I did not remember,it is a great game,I'm enjoying it.Thank you all for your concern,what a great bunch of people you are.The best to you always.(a big smile)Nannykins.PS the telephone number I could not reach was for the Adventure Co.it was on my receipt that I printed out,they must have changed their number.
