I have just upgraded to the "new and improved" version of Real Arcade and I can't get to any of my old games at all, nor can I get to the demo for Little Shop Road Trip that I just a few minutes ago downloaded. How is this system supposed to work? Does anyone know and has anyone else had problems? I'm going to contact their tech support in a sec, just wanted to see what was going on with folks here.

Wysewomaon, I have vista and the only real arcade downloader that works is the old one I still have installed. I can't use the newer one either or download from their site and gave up. Please let us know what they say. There are script errors in the old one, but I just ignore it. I don't know why they messed with the downloader when it worked perfectly before.

I had so much trouble with the "new" real arcade, that I ended up canceling my subscription (I only had the sub so I could get the HOGs that BFG doesn't get). After all of my frustrations, I would rather pay full price for the very few games that BFG doesn't get.

Well, I solved the problem. I had to install a plug-in to Firefox and all my games showed up, finally. I still don't like the new system much, but at least I got it to work.

Don;t know how it would go for IE users, though.

Well, maybe I spoke too soon. As I exited a game I got an error report that Firefox had encountered a problem and needed to close unexpectedly. So maybe all the bugs aren't worked out yet...

Hello, I have the new real arcade and it works just fine on my computer, I can open it on Internet Explorer or my Msn Explorer. I am running windows XP. So it must be something with your computer that is causing the problem. I know that I can't play any of my BF games on my laptop with Vista and I have tried everything to get the game manager to work. Last summer the old version worked fine on the laptop but now the new one will not not. Trisha

I had trouble with their "new" version also. I still can't get it to work. I use XP and IE.

I use Vista and Real arcade only works on the old version of real arcade with script errors. This is the only way I can download games and purchase them. BFG I have vista and their installation of games give me no problem. I use IE Browsers for both.

I have XP and use IE and haven't had any problems playing the games. I am happy that any new games like Little Shop Road Trip that I buy now put an icon on my desktop so I don't have to go online to play. I just wish it would do that with all the old games too.
