Today's game for members. Tomorrow's game for everyone else.

From what I can tell, this is the commercial, deluxe, expanded release of a previously independent underground (freeware) game. I love sliders!

Quote:
Discover a 1930s throwback upon your arrival to Rooms, complete with city streets and a surreal Mansion. Bored with old puzzles, you`re given a new type of sliding puzzle as a birthday gift. Your goal is to reach the exit before it closes on each level and retrieve the four puzzle pieces. Are you wise enough to use the right object at exactly the right time? Mr. Book is the Rooms steward and your personal guide to escape the maze in Rooms: The Main Building.

* Sliding Puzzle game
* Attractive levels
* Collect items to reveal the picture

Downloading this right now. I love sliders!

Oops! laugh That's what I meant. laugh

Okay, playing the demo now and not your typical "slider" as you think it is. It's almost like a platformer puzzle game like Professor Fizzwizzle -- sort of, not really. So far I like it!

But now I am stumped as to how to move on in the game I don't have the other keys yet to open the other levels subway or antique shop. Please any help would be appreciated. Trisha

Trisha, what level are you at? I played the first few levels prior to the subway and antique shop so I may have already done the level you're at. Do you think you could take a screenshot of where you're stuck and post a link here or email to my address in my profile?

I can't move on at all....I can't seem to figure out how to wake up the sleeping chest or what I do in the Hotel Rooms. I am so stumped I think I'll pass on this one. Usually in the beginning it's not that diffcult, but I only got through level three (which they guide you through) and now I don't know what to do. Ugh......hate games that really stump me like this Ugh....! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On second thought, I re-read your post and you're way ahead of me, but maybe with a screenshot we can still try and help you! smile

Well I figured out how to move to next mansion you just click on mansion 2 and it shows you a new set of rooms. But the next level I am totally stuck on. It is where you have to move the explosives to thr wooden wall , I got a couple rooms but am stuck now. So if anybody is this far and can help me I will appreciate alot. And if I can help someone up to this part holler and I will do the best I can. Thank you Trisha

I am passing on this one. I quit the demo after 10 minutes. Just not my style of game. I may go back and at least try to finish the demo.

I like the game, like the concept but it's just too difficult for me with that tick tick tick. I could probably figure it out if I had more time, but I guess that's part of the game-- doing it quickly. I'll pass on this game but wish they gave the option for no timer.

Prices are going up everywhere except in our incomes.

I totally agree with you NYLady! I would have deffinately bought this game right away if there hadn't been the timer. Sliders of any kind have always been the bane of my existence and I thought this game might help me learn how to think in "slider" mode but with the timer it just made me angry.

I agree with the two above posts. If the timer were optional I would buy the game. Lillian

Let me add the same opinion, would be fun to play if it were not for dying by not being able to escape the rooms, with seconds to go I die each time. I would have bought the game without the timer. Hope the game producers or BFG will read our comments on this and like Sherlock Holmes they removed the game timer.

Found out if you want to know if you got the rooms right, click on the bg or bf button. It will reveal if you got the room in the right spot for the opening the door though may need to move it around before then. Got a couple of rooms done. One needed to get the wardrobe rooms to swap up. Also need to move into the adjoining room and move it away until tnt explodes.

Never resist a generous impulse.

Who do we write Ana?
I can't find any site for HandMade Games. duh Never mind I did find the site. Only way I could find to write was to register on the forum and I don't like to join all these groups.
