I have done everything in the WT--have card & medalion,but the WT seems to cut off at that point& I can't get him to take the card.He says I'm not done. what am I missing? thanks!

I am playing Ancient Magic can't get the chest to open in The Baron. I have solved gear puzzle,have pllaced the hearing aid on the chest,turned dials & it says Click. I get a key icon on the chest,but when I click it sends me back to the pop up window w. the click.
