I ordered Delaware St. John from them a few weeks ago and haven't received my order yet. I've emailed them but haven't gotten a response. I'm getting kind of nervous. Has anyone here ordered directly from Big Time Games?

Thanks Ana. That makes me feel better. I've seen Bryan's posts here and I knew the Delaware games were his but wasn't sure if he also owned Big Time Games. So yeah, I'm sure I'll hear something soon.

Same situation here. Ordered over a month ago, still haven't received my order. No response from support email either.

I've heard from Bryan Wiegele. BigTime games is switching distributors, so that has slowed shipments down recently.

Bryan always replies to every support, question, or comment email that he receives -- if he doesn't reply, it may be that the original email hasn't gotten through to him (or that his reply may not have gotten through to you).

The best way to reach him is at Support@bigtimegames.com . When you contact Bryan there, please include your method of payment and the date you ordered.

However, still no reply from the Support email. Tried sending from a different email account the second time too, so either emails don't reach him, or his replies don't leave his server.

If you or someone else can relay info about my order to him and a reply back, that'd be great. Or ask him to check his pm's here, I sent him one about the order.

I ordered on 29th of August and paid via PayPal. The email address I paid from includes my username (hitmann) in it, so that should be enough to identify the correct order. (I'd rather not paste my email addresses around, y'see.)

Have you tried the Info email. I have been in contact with Bryan through that one. I ordered Aug. 27th and we're still working on getting my order out. He's had some trouble with a new shipping person. He said he will be personally shipping out the orders Nov. 1 when he gets his new shipment of games in.

Finally got a response. Seems like my emails to the support account didn't get through. Odd.
