just need a nudge ,at the roof top of the keep,just picked up the Dragon pennant and the pieses of wood under it , got the bucket of snow now it said to go back to the Tower cannon.now where do i go from here -i'm at the cannon by the hole in the roof. deleterman.

You need to get back to the tower where you picked up the bucket, deleterman.

OK , how do i get there from here ? i have been carring this around for some time.i do know i have to get off this roof to get there ,any thoughts on this ? again thanks for your info.maybe you know. deleterman.

There are some steps leading down from the roof. Walk around the outer perimeter of the roof until you find them. The tower will be on the left, a little way down the steps. This game has limited save slots, so I couldn't find a save at this point to go in and double-check for you, unfortunately. Good luck!

Oh thanks Rushes, now i know that there is some steps off to the side and i can see the tower ,now going down the steps part of the walk way is missing and i think you have to put a board down.is that the way? or is there another way to get there ? any way it won't let me go on. anyway thanks for your response. let me know what you think. deleterman

You should reach the tower with the cannon before the large gap in the walkway. Remember that you've already been in that tower, to pick up the bucket for the snow.

just as things were going smooth,bam!ok this is the deal, jacob's ladder puzzle room.went LT and got the skull went back and looked down the stairs , i don't see any marking on the steps , ok open the green book and see the marking ,but from the top of the stairs i don't see any markings atall,ok now went back to the top and started down #1,3,6,7,9,and 10 the last step.i hear no sound . and as i go into the room i get zapped -game over!!what gives ? what did i do or not do? any thoughts on this ?? thanks for your help. deleterman.

If you go to the bottom of the steps and look back up, you'll see the markings on the step edges.

At the very top, the first step that you are standing on before you descend counts as #1.

how can you only step on the slabs-going down if you can only see themarking from below ? i have tried every thing but get zapped over and over again.the book markings are not in order.so what do i try now ?any thoughts on this? help.i'm still missing something.

There's pictures on the walkthrough now. See if that helps.

What I did is to go down to the bottom step and looked up to see the letters.
Then checked the book to see which ones are needed.
Then knowing which number are needed to be stepped on - climb up to the top again.
The first step is one.
While looking straight down to know where I am on - count from there to the next one. Place my cursor on that one and click.

Also - double check by looking up at start and looking down at bottom steps - counting off where I am standing on.

If you check the pictures, note that 7 and 9 are the ones you are standing on at the last 2 pictures.

i went back to my last saved and redid everything ,this time it worked. -now on to the fire room.thanks again.deleterman.
