Looking for the arrow (probably broken - bad day)

I lit up the proper constellations..... Eros moved his arm and bow.... went to the other Eros by the wall and looked for arrow in front of the water .... there is an action symbol there but with a line through it. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Ernestine,

If it's a Bad day, the broken arrow will be found close to the wall by the other Eros statue.

You can check what kind of a day you are having by looking at your horoscope by the bottom left pillar of your game menu screen.

luck, let us know if you still have problems.

In case you're having a bad day, combine the two papyrus stalks and the strap of leather to get a pole, use the pole on the arrow.

ErnestineZ, when you go to the other Eros statue (which is where you should have seen arrows flying above the wall and had Thomas comment about being careful) there should have been a cut-scene where arrows fly over the wall and Thomas ducks. If you don't see this scene there won't be an arrow on the ground to pick up and I suspect that you are trying to do this too early.

Have you explored the grounds thoroughly?
Have you found and picked up both papyrus strips?
Have you de-coded both strips?

Hope this helps. Dave

Thanks Dave, hadn't de-coded the second strip. On my way again,
