I was looking at the Frogwares site and I see there's a game SH and the Persian Carpet that is downloadable and you seem to call it a casual game. I see it's downloadable. What is the difference between a "casual" game and other games? Thanks.

If you want to try before you buy, you can download a an hour free of Sherlock here.

There are numerous games to try here all for free for an hour: Big Fish Games.

To me, a casual game is one that you can take up for a short period of time and progress happily without a lot of tedious leveling, as in WOW.

They can range from very easy to very challenging, and come in all types of genres. They're getting more and more sophisticated too. Frankly, I love them, just as I do adventure game in general, but casual games really fit my busy life, especially when work gets to be as hectic as usually does.
