Sure did! I have no indication that the password is being received. The target things show up whether I click on the screen or not.

Can you see the computer's keyboard onscreen? If so, might you have to "type" using that, rather than your own keyboard?

How frustrating to get stuck so close to the end of the game!

It's not case sensitive, but it's all one or the other!************

Did you hit your ENTER key after typing WISDOM? You must hit your ENTER key.

You must type in the password WISDOM on your own keybord and confirm it by hitting your ENTER key, to let the game accept the password.

If Uppercase letters don't do the trick then you must type wisdom. This depends on the version of the game you have.

Before you can use the password you must have seen the angel who tells you the password. It's no good if you only read about it in a walkthrough and then tries to type Wisdom or wisdom.

I've seen the angel. And I use the enter key.I've tried both upper and lower case. The typed password doesn't show up on screen. I'm using Vista with the download from squirt the cat.

Let me make one more suggestion.

Do you have a so called QWERTY keyboard? Or are you using an other type of keyboard such as an AZERTY keyboard?
On a QWERTY keyboard the first 6 letters spells QWERTY. On a AZERTY keyboard the first 6 letters spells AZERTY.

Amber Journey Beyond expect, as most computergames do, that you are using a QWERTY keyboard. If you are using an other type of keyboard then the letters of WISDOM on your keyboard do not match the letters of WISOM from an QWERTY keyboard

If you have not a QWERTY keybord then you must not type in WISDOM but the letters on your keybord wich are at the same position as the W, I, S, D, O, M leeters on a QWERTY keybord.
